Khateeb ul Anbia is a title of which prophet?

Explanation

“Khateeb-ul-Ambia” means a person who delivers the sermon (khuṭbah) during the Friday prayer and Eid prayers

 Holy Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H.) called Hazrat Shoaib “Khateeb-ul-Ambia”   

“Speaker of Prophets" is also the title of Hazrat Shoaib because he was a very eloquent speaker.
